Pale Horse Precision, Inc. was founded in 2012 by Matt Spicher. Matt proudly served in the United States Marine Corps spending all his time in the Scout/Sniper and Force Reconnaissance communities. In 2007 after finishing active duty service, Matt started working as a civilian for the Marine Corps as the lead sniper instructor at 1st Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) aboard Camp Pendleton, California. There he spent 5 years teaching the SOTG Sniper Course and Reconnaissance/Surveillance Course. While at 1st SOTG, Matt was instrumental in helping author the new/current Program of Instruction for the Marine Corps' Special Operations Training Group Sniper Course. Since finishing work at 1st SOTG, Matt started Pale Horse Precision and worked for 2.5 years at Naval Special Warfare Group 1 as an instructor/evaluator for sniper and reconnaissance proficiency training for Navy SEAL teams 1, 3, 5, and 7. He is currently working for MARSOC instructing their SOCOM sniper course while continuing to run Pale Horse Precision.  Matt has over 14 years experience professionally instructing SOF snipers and is committed to providing the best sniper training available.
